This site says that I have to use flags to extract out the transaction amounts but it appears to only take one address into account. The Bitcoin node I'm trying to connect to is "seed.bitcoin.sipa.be:8333" which I can otherwise ping through the console. The issue is that I'm not getting a response after sending the initial Version Message to the remote Bitcoin node.
