Where can i go to resolve this transaction on a puzzle?

i have solved a bitcoin wallet puzzle... but i cant do the final transaction. i would like to know where i can take it that inst going to screw me over..

I have had it solved for well over 1 year and have asked for help whcih falls on deaf ears and would be ashame to lose it due to other people being lame and not assisting..

It took me 8 years to solve and would like to bring it to a close. its not a offical puzzle but indeed is one ..

i would love pieter wullie or another pundit to assist on the last aspect.
