My transaction is pending for 12 hours

I initiated an Instant Withdrawal of 0.00070600 BTC to my CoinDCX wallet last night. However, it still shows as Pending Payout in my account, and no TXID has been generated.

Could you please help me process this or let me know if there’s any delay?
