how can i access my bitcoins which i purchased over a decade ago

i have an inactive account it seems. Today I got a call from a chap claiming to be from the company i purchased my bitcoins from over a decade ago. He said my account has not had any activity since i purchased the bitcoins which is right. He told me i have 1.7 bitcoin in my account and today it is worth £110,000. The chap told me he would send me details of my account by email. unfortunately he failed to do this. I remember buying these bitcoin all those years ago. But then forgot about it until now, over a decade later! I have been trying all day to find a way to access my bitcoin. But it seems i am just going round in circles with no positive results. The chap i mentioned above, i did a "who's calling me" check on his phone number. No results where found only a name 'Viktor' and the company from his mobile phone which is regestered with 02. I tried to call him back a few times but no answer. If you have or know of how i can find and retrieve my bitcoin, please do let me know. I have no account info, no wallet details and i can only guess that i purchased the bitcoins about a decade ago.
