During re-org how does bitcoin-core validate if the transaction is mined in the 11th deep re-org block

I have learnt that during chain reorg, the stale chain trans. are flushed in the mempool but only until 10th deep re-org, how does bitcoin-core validate this?

Is there any mempool checks as afaik mempool check is done again after re-org!
