I need help with my online investment

I hope you are well.

I have been investing in BTC since August 2024 through a third party (Ted Coles Imvestment). I have initiated withdrawal on friday 16th May 2025 and and i was told that there was a congestion fee of £2,200 to pay, which i did, then due to the increase in the market the congestion fee went up to£3,765.28 to release my profits, can a congestion fee be that high? Also, does the congestion fee need to be paid upfront or can it be paid out of my profits?
