What is the dust limit for Native SegWit Bech32((Inputs×68)+(Outputs×31)+10), I have been using 0.00005460 so far for the test transactions to meet the minimum for each individual output, also found this in my comments from the past

there is a note 5460 satoshis) with default nMinRelayTxFee, is this changed for this cheaper segwit transactions that save fee? where do I find it.
