Is Bitcoin subject to ᴜꜱ tariffs?

I was just curious : unlike many countries, Bitcoin is considered as a commodity in the United States. Although not currently applied, does it mean it is subject to the recent Trump supertariffs if a transaction is made with a tariffed country (thus importing the commodity wich is Bitcoin) ?
