Restoring the Bitcoin private key

If there is r1 == r2, s1, z1, s2, z2 and P1, P2 d1 != d2 - absolutely accurate because the public keys start at 03 and the first address has 03, and the second one has 03. The fact is that these are two different addresses that have the same r in the transaction, and these addresses have only 1 transaction for sending funds to the account. Is it possible to calculate private keys?
