GEMINI WON’T UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT! WON’T LET ME TRANSFER/WITHDRAW MY CRYPTO!

I uploaded all the documents they needed and did the self verification and its been weeks that they still keep my account locked. They stopped responding to my email replies. I opened a new ticket and then they just sent me a general statement that they are still working on resolving my "issue". I so regret using that platform.

Question: I would sell my crypto and transfer the cash if I need to, but I don't want to if I don't have to. Has anyone else out resorted to that? Will that work?
