Bitcoin Core зависает на определенной дате

27 января 2025г. я обновлял блокчейн последний раз и штатно завершил работу Bitcoin Core версии 17.1. 2 февраля этого же года я запустил Bitcoin Core и синхронизацию. Bitcoin Core стабильно качает блокчейн до 31 января 2025г. и затем зависает. Сделал несколько попыток. До этого у меня была версия 22. Там была похожая ситуация. Я скачал новую 17.1 версию и по новой скачал блокчейн. Ситуация решилась. Но при подгрузке wallet.dat вышло сообщение что он устарел.. Но все же загрузка прошла и доступ к активам я получил. Как поправить ситуацию?

Bitcoin mining may be providing incremental support to the Russian ruble, Central Bank Governor Elvira Nabiullina said, while cautioning that the effect is difficult to measure because much of the sector still operates in a legal and reporting gray zone.
