Transact Bitcoin without private key?

I have generated my Bitcoin address way back in 2013 using Bitcoin Core Wallet. Likewise, the Private Key generated in my Deskop and unfortunately while formatting my Harddrive, I lost my Private Key. Is there any way to get my Private key to do the transaction. Or is there any other way to do the transaction?
