I sent BTC from Coinbase to Electrum…only some made it

I sent 0.00455501 BTC ($129 US)to Electrum from Coinbase. 4.52263 mBTC was received and deposited in my electrum wallet. That is 0.003206 BTC (or $91 US. Where the hell is the rest of the money?
