Might utreexo starting points be used to trick the users into double spending?

A node is run with utreexod --prune=550. Let's assume that the attacker tweaked the utreexo starting points? Is it possible for someone transacting before the history of the Bitcoin blockchain has been verified by their utreexo node to double spend? If so, would that be impossible after the initial block download?
