I have tried a lot but could not get LTC faucet. Actually I need to work with LTC that is why I need testnet LTC balance. I have gone thru many of site where I am being asked to complete some tasks or something like this. But I can withdraw earned test LTC if certain amount is reach. Below is the site link.
