How can I publish an old state of a channel?

Let's say that I operate two lightning nodes both running Core Lightning, with an open channel between them. By accident, one of the nodes (node A) goes offline forever and I lose all access to it, and it just so happens that the channel balance is such that almost all of the satoshi balance is in node A's favor. On the other node (node B), I have an old channel state which is more favorable to node B in terms of channel balance. If I could publish this old channel state, I wonder if I could potentially recover some of the funds lost due to the accident.

How can I publish this old state using Core Lightning and close the channel in node B's favor, recovering some of the lost funds?
