Can you assign a specific adress that has been used before, to a bought wallet?

I had an old adress which I inadvertently used to send funds to. It was an old adress that was used by my current wallet before I re-set the wallet with a new adress (to incorporate a seed phrase).

Can I buy a "clean" new wallet and then use/force the old adress into it? The adress doesnt have a seed phrase but would still have my id particulars.

Can I re-add the old adress into my existing wallet? The wallet is a Tangem one.
