Bitcoin Received and Spent at Same Time When Trying to Withdraw

Total newbie here. I tried to withdraw coins HTX that I had for a while. It shows transaction is complete with a corresponding TXID. However, in my wallet it shows that I received the amount and then immediately spent the same amount (so that I don't have bitcoin in my account right now). Anyone knows what's going on and how to fix it? Thank you.
