What is the exact mathematical equation which needs to be solved for the bitcoin puzzle?

I understand that there is an (almost impossibly difficult) equation to solve, to win prize 135. I am confused by the numbers on this site. Are they encodings of numbers, rather than numbers in hex?

  • What is the equation which was solved for #130? (Constants in unencoded-hex and/or decimal, please.)

  • What was its solution, as private key in unencoded-hex or decimal notation?

  • What is the equation which needs to be solved for #135? (Assume the same as #130, with different constants.)
