Thread of quantum computer and possible solution

It is publicly known that quantum computer with sufficient qubits can break bitcoin cryptography using Shorr's algorithm.This is big thread to bitcoin everyone bitcoin can be stolen but i think i might have a solution. It is necessary some improvment to be made and i am making a proposal now(some kind of BIP in sense).I think it should be made password like system.Many wallets are already using this approach but i think it need to be implement in the blockchain itself.In other words bitcoin developers to make the funds to be send when you provide private key AND password.It is very simple solution but i hope bitcoin developers and bitcoin community to make this major upgrade because if it didn't happen the bitcoin blockchain is at risk.
