Identify network based on transaction hash [closed]

I am wondering if there is a way to tell what network was used to send a transaction based on if you have a transaction hash.

My inquiry is based off a problem I encountered where an unknown network was used, found on the ETH I.O. Blockscan, I have the transaction hash, but that doesn’t tell me how the sender originated the transaction. Subsequently the transaction was picked up by Coinbases “transfer” account and instead of being redirected to the sent Coinbase account, Coinbase’s transfer account kept the crypto in question, I am currently working with Coinbase to try and “claim” the crypto, but I was wondering how to tell any additional information about what network might have been used based off just the transaction hash itself… also if anyone knows more about the Coinbase issue but I know that’s not what this forum is for so… thank y’all!
