how to calculate btc indicator and save btc data

hi there I am trying to calculate btc based indicator like coin destroyed days, realizedcap, sopr, mean coin age so on.. but there are many difficult thing that I triyed BTC rpc call or blk.dat raw parsing but that are so slow and I have to record utxo hash, utxo index, created_timestamp, destroyed_timestamp and save it db or csv file but I don't really know what to use bitcoin data parse to save csv or db,

P.S how to calculate specific timestamp indicator value such as realizedcap, coin destroyed days so on..
